Delete your data
Social accounts
- Disconnect in StepLadder: Settings → Social accounts → Disconnect. This deletes StepLadder's access tokens for that account straight away.
- Remove StepLadder from Facebook or Instagram: in your Facebook or Instagram settings, open the apps and websites connected to your account and remove StepLadder. If you also ask for your data to be deleted there, Meta tells us and we delete every connection you made, then give you a code to check here.
- Remove StepLadder from LinkedIn: in LinkedIn's settings, under data privacy, remove StepLadder from the services allowed to use your account. Then disconnect it in StepLadder, or ask us to.
Everything else
To delete your StepLadder account or a business and its records, email [contact email] from the address you sign in with. If you're a customer of a business that uses StepLadder, you can also ask the business. We confirm when it's done. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
